With filming of Breaking Dawn, the fourth film in the Twilight Saga, already in early stages; news and behind the scenes footage of the recording promise to return to prominence in the media. And last week, some news began to emerge and draw attention, particularly from the Brazilian fans.
As already indicated there is much speculation in the feature that portray the outcome of the vampire world phenomenon that began with Twilight, the scenes where the protagonists Edward and Bella, respectively played by Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, leave for their honeymoon and make a stint in Brazil to hide out in Rio de Janeiro, probably, will actually be shot in Rio. According to Sérgio Sá Leitão, president of RioFilme negotiations with Summit Entertainment - responsible for producing the franchise - are in the final stretch, indicating that the chances for a confirmation soon are even higher!
Other information released by Lu Lacerda columnist of Ig, also announced filming in the historic town of Paraty - Rio coast - scheduled for November 7th and 8th, according to sources close to the production of "Breaking Dawn". So the scene to be shot in Rio would be filmed on November 6th, however no official announcement has been made.

According to this Facebook entry (posted earlier today): "Rob and Kristen left for Rio to film the honeymoon scene... sry guys!! i have a friend who works where he is staying and said that he helped them pack their stuff, etc. etc....

Again, nothing official has been said about BD in Rio other than Wyck, Melissa and Bill went location scouting there. The R/K sighting as well as the dates on the article above could or could not be true, we're just posting the news here.
